What is Les Mills BodyBalance 81 all about?

Highlights include the incredibly warming and releasing moves in Track 1 ”Here With You” which prepare the body for the Yoga warmup of Sun salutes. The 2 contrasting Standing strength tracks are class favourites with our classic yoga poses of Warrior 1, 2 and 3 with the amazing Half Moon to challenge our strength, glance and stability.
