Sh’Bam 33 is in the house.  How are you getting on with Sh’Bam 32, still teaching it, mixed it out? Was trying to think the last time i attempted a Sh’Bam class and it was probably at the  best EVER super quarterly at Edinburgh back in 2012, anyways…..

If you’ve missed it, here are the track listings we know so far:

What is Les Mills Sh’Bam 33 all about?

Think of this playlist as a soundtrack to an epic dance movie! There is SO much contrast and story, and the light and shade of our emotions are fully reflected in the movements. There is a strong dance partner influence, so you will feel like team teaching this class during certain tracks, and others you will just want to teach ALL on your own! Enjoy the movie/show, Sh’bammers!
