Good morning, now it’s finally time for BodyPump.  Alot of people have either emailed or tweeted me asking if I knew anything yet, well it literally hit my inbox 6 hours ago.

    The music featured in 109 is not effective at all. Easily the worst track listing of them all. This will actually prevent me from going to class.

    God, this is the worst BP mix I have ever seen. My first new release was 80, so… I’ve been doing it for some time.

    The squat tracks has so many pulses, when we got to halfway there, my low back was hurting so much, that I wanted to stop. Don’t get me started on the awful song.
    Chest track, those pushups… yeah. They don’t work. I don’t like to face the back of the feet of someone that I don’t know that’s in front of me.
    The back track, my god. Such an awful track. It may be the worst track EVER! And here I thought I wouldn’t listen to anything worse than Come Get it Bae on BP, lol. At least the choreo is good.
    The triceps track is really bad. It’s a great song, but with a bad remix. You can barely distinguish what’s happening on the song.
    Biceps, Jesus. Can we please stop with those awful rock songs, just for the sake of putting a rock song on the mix?
    Then, we get to the lunges. Probably the worst lunges track of all time. Horrid music, terrible choreography, completely not motivating and boring.
    The only good song was the shoulders one. But the choreography was so insanely hard that it’s hard to like it.

    Thank god our instructor likes to mix songs really quick!
