Last October I posted a Fitness Friday blog post about Core De Force.  At the time of writing it was a do at home work out in the US. We knew back then it would be coming to the UK but nothing was confirmed if it would be used in the group exercise scene. Well since then things have moved on :).

What is Core De Force?

Here’s how it works: each workout is broken into 3-minute “rounds” — just like a real boxing match. In those 3 minutes you’ll alternate between addictive boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai-inspired combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes that kick your fat burn into overdrive. But all that punching and kicking doesn’t just burn calories. Each move, whether it’s a jab or a knee, is rotational, giving you a 360-degree core workout that will tighten up your entire midsection. All you have to do is hit it hard 3 minutes at a time and before you know it — you’re done!

Have I done it?

I can say I have tried a class and by the end of it was burst.  It is different from my usual group exercise classes but I did really enjoy it.  Like every class it’s down to what you put in.  There are easy options and there are hard and hardcore options :P.  What you put in you’re going to get back out.
