Why this track?

I chose this track for several reasons:

  • Is a nice track to cool down to.
  • Really like the movements, flows great, feels good.
  • Can easily hook into the music.
  • Option to sing along.
  • As you can see from the chore video it’s easy to start moving the hips, get into a grove.
