The track listings of the Les Mills programmes are slowly hitting the net. Yesterday I posted up the BodyCombat 60 listing, today it’s time for BodyPump 90.  Lunge track, yeah the doms are gonna stay the night 🙂 Enjoy.

    Whoohoow, I like the warmup allready ;). Great starter. It’s ‘you Make me’ though.
    I like the fact that the tracks aren’t always very commonly known.
    Looking forward to the BP90.

    This new release is SO hard but fun. The lunge and squat track are the challenges for me because of how I have a problem walking. Other then that it’s fun.
