The track
If you’ve done this track before, you’re going to remember it. Going back just over a year to Les Mills CxWorx 17. If not get your instructor to fire it out next time they’re mixing. Standing strength 2 with a big punch. Side lifts, backward leg extensions, lateral side steps and some steps ;). I remember learning this track as it’s a good feeling that never goes away. A great glute and hip track, just remember bigger steps are always better 😉.

Why this track?
I choose this track for several reasons:
- Can have alot of fun with this track.
- Options to go bigger is a matter of bigger steps, nothing complicated.
- Hook into the lyrics “drop down, everybody in the club drop down”, “turn it up turn it up”, “walk that walk”.
- Music drives the movement, making you want to push that little bit further.
- Simple effective choreography, no reason not to commit to every move.
- An easy track to learn just a quick refresh.
- Glutes are on fire after this track, what more can you ask for?
