The track
While all Les Mills programs evolve it’s good to look back as after all it’s a journey, but we shouldn’t ignore that there are jewels in most previous releases… With this in mind I am going back all the way back to Les Mills BodyCombat 46. Bringing you track 4.
- Kalinka (Russian Hit Mix) – Captain Jack / Kalinka – Za No Za
This track when it first came out was a little different from previous releases if i remember right.

Why this track?
I choose this track for several reasons:
- It’s a fun track.
- Back kick jab, what???? :P…
- Music is a little different when it starts, little bit of culture :).
- Lots of directional movement.
- I can’t recall another track starting as it does, 2 knees front, 2 knees side or is it the other way around (time to dig out the dvd).
- I think this track will make it on to a mix soon, even i forgot how enjoyable it is/was? :).
- One of the tracks I remember Hernan Lopez presented, RIP Hernan .
