The track
This post takes us back to Les Mills BodyCombat 40 track 3 – Sweetheart (Squad-E Remix) – Rezonance-Q
The music
Can get on Amazon (please note this may differ from LMI version, please speak to your local distributor)
The choreography
This was the only video I could find of the chore…
Why this track?
I chose this track for several reasons:
- I remember the masterclass on the video. Tanya Walker, one of the greats. Inspiring master trainer luckily enough to have her for my initial training and BodyCombat AIM 1. Shame they don’t make them like her any more…..
- Music takes you to new levels pushing you to work harder.
- Simple boxing combinations.
- Speedball really blasts the shoulders in all the right places.
- It’s fun, fast and funky.
- Bit of a mental sweat going on.
