The 4th skin in the series iStudio from Xu.hel. The original wordpress theme has a random header image that can be seen over at the wordpress demo site. This could be achieved server side or client side if you wanted to add the functionality. If there is enough call for it I will update the skin to do this at a later date.

I think the next/previous control is very nice and the top element compliments it.
