With all going on every penny counts right now.Thank you and Les Mills for this giveaway. Not sure I can put this in words but will try.I have been doing BodyAttack and BodyBalance for about 18 months.During this time not only have I made new friends but feel part of a 2nd family.I feel better about myself mentally, physically and the support from this family during these times has kept me going,of which I feel blessed for.I love both these programs equally as they help me reset and focus on things that matter in life.

    God bless.

Bodycombat changed my life.I was very over weight , struggling to find motivation. One day heard music coming out of my gyms studio, it was the feeling, the beat of the music that captured my attention. From this point on I have attended 4 classes a week expanded to Bodypump 2 times a week. Finally I have accomplished my initial weight lose goal, met some amazing people. No looking back and this pandemic won’t stop me.

I first joined the gym about 2 year ago, not knowing where to go or what to do. I started just in the gym but when I was introduced to their numerous Les Mills classes I decided why not give it a go! I knew no one before joining but within a short amount of time I had made a few gym buddies along the way. They may have different goals from mine but we share the same drive for fitness and that common bond had a big impact on me.

Les Mills has a vast amount of classes to choose from which enabled me to go or switch on when it suited around my work and children . Within 11 months, I had lost a staggering 28 kilos from healthy choices, it’s now about maintaining. You never regret a workout!

During Lockdown, I turned to Les Mills as a way of just escaping the worries around me – freeing my mind. I would never of thought Les Mills could have such a positive change to my lifestyle and even my mental state. It gave me the time to clear my mind, reset and start on a positive note for the day just from taking one hour (or two) out of your day. I’m fitter and more importantly I am a better person and mother for it.

If you ask me what does Les Mills means to me …. it means everything !

I’ve been obese most of my teen and adult life. I used to pick up exercise programs and regimens and drop them soon as I got bored, which was usually a few months after I started. But, two years ago, on one of these lags, I discovered Bodycombat in my local gym on a particular demotivating day. I’m happy to say this is one program I’ve stuck with since then (even through the pandemic via LMOD using basic equipment). I’ve expanded my Les Mills repertoire to include BodyPump, BodyBalance, CXWORX and Grit, even. Been seeing the results ever since!!
