Why this track?

I chose this track for several reasons:

  • Was the release I went from being a participant to an instructor.
  • A great 8 minutes to end a release on.
  • Final round has over 130 jabs.
  • The music makes you want to work with the simple but effective boxing combinations.
  • Lots of areas and chances to increase levels maximising the track output for both instructors and participants.
  • Love the music and love the energy of this track.

Very inspiring Track indeed. I too have fond memories, as this was the Release (44) that I commenced being a fully fledged BodyCombat instructor with a class of my own – 5 years ago – and only last week took the Combatters from the same gym on a trip down that memory lane by doing the whole release with them again, for old times sake.

Hey Philippe and welcome. 44 is a great release. I do throw t3, t6 and t7 into mixes occasionally aswell. We all start somewhere and what’s wrong going back to where it all began :). I actually might do the release when mixing time comes. Has been a while since I’ve done the rest of the release.
