Why this track?
I choose this track for several reasons:
- When was the last time we had a speed ball?
- Is relentless, the track seems to never end.
- Music synth’s are inspiring and take you to higher levels.
- It’s fast, furious with fantastic combinations.
- Lots of areas to motivate and work hard working with the music.

Really like the speed ball. Lots of opportunities to burst your shoulders. We haven’t had it since BC 57; almost 10 releases :/
Please bring it back 🙂
