The track
While all Les Mills programs evolve it’s good to look back as after all it’s a journey, but we shouldn’t ignore that there are jewels in most previous releases… With this in mind I am going back all the way back to Les Mills BodyCombat 46. Bringing you power track number 1, also known as track 3.
This track when it first came out was a little different from previous releases if i remember right.

Why this track?
I choose this track for several reasons:
- The music drives you from the offset.
- A nice 4 part combination.
- Lots of levels to work through.
- Everyone loves a speedball.
- Mental sweat needed.
- Is in my current mix and participants are loving it.
