This post comes from a tweet I saw this the other morning from Glen or if you’ve been around for a while NZGlen :P.

I remember a while back there was a road show in London about this but I never thought any more about it until now :).  Before I became a Les Mills instructor I use to do alot of spin classes and I mean ALOT, this is why I think I rarely touch a static bike but this looks like something that would change this.

What is the trip?

THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, THE TRIP takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

Having a look on Les Mills class finder unfortunately here in the UK this is only available in London but I am really hoping that this will eventually spread.  I have even contacted the general fitness manager I teach classes for asking if this is something they’ve thought about :).  With location limited I had to take to social media to see if it’s up to the hype.

What’s the music like?

Are “The Trip” programs coming to Canada? The LM programs are across GoodLife (including virtual) so would love to see The Trip as well.

Hi Alasdair, you’d need to contact your local Les Mills provider for more details :).
