What is Les Mills The Trip 12 all about?
TRIP 12 is here! We have called this one ‘Komora’ which means ‘Chamber’ in a bunch of languages. We start and finish our ride in a holding chamber which connects to four tunnels. These four tunnels take us to some pretty exciting and spaces and worlds.
