What is Les Mills Sprint 11 all about?

LES MILLS SPRINT™ 11 is perfect for those looking to make fast gains in their fitness. Track 2 introduces a new Power Kick. This is achieved by using a reduction in load to keep us in the effort for longer, thus increasing the intensity.We progressively overload the legs until our muscles are screaming for mercy!
