I have to say that I feel the latest Sh’Bam releases (31 and up) are quickly going downhill. I find myself having to gather the motivation to even go to the class while I’ve been going consistently for years now. The moves are starting to look more and more like BodyJam and I really miss the pazzaz of the older releases. I really hope things will change or else I will end up dropping Sh’Bam and focusing solely on BodyPump.
