What is Les Mills Sh’bam 31 all about?

SH’BAM 31 explodes like rocket in a firework display!
It’s packed with awesome moves and music that will inspire you to let go and set your inner dancer free. Every track has a different vibe – we journey through epic throw-backs to the 80’s and 90’s with a cool modern remix, to a Brazilian carnival, to a boyband obsession and girl-dance crew dance-offs, and finally to a Bonnie and Clyde carpool karaoke!
