RPM 81 time. Music for this release sounds epic…..You know I’ve been eyeing up this program for years to teach but have always been put off by the fact it’s hard enough to get a workshop for BodyCombat and CxWorx without adding another one into the mix. Dreaded “touchpoint” system to the rescue again. For now i’ll just have participate in classes. 🙁

This is what we know about this quarters music so far:

What is RPM 81 all about?

RPM 81 kicks off with a soulful, fun, sing-along Track 1. Shotgun is a nice piece of music to get the workout going, preparing your body, mind and soul for the ride.

Much. Better. A million times more interesting and inspiring than the last 2 releases which have been songs that sound the same. Sad though that this release borrows from other programs a little too heavily. Again though, way better.

I’ve “only” been doing RPM for the last 18 months or so and I think this release is by far the hardest I’ve done.
