Happy Friday 🙂 Thought I would start with RPM again since you asked so politely Jackie 🙂 …..  Here it is, the music track list for Les Mills RPM 78.

What is Les Mills RPM 78 all about?

RPM 78 is a kicker of a release, both physically and mentally! There are lots of fast paced tracks where we “chase the beat” to raise our cardio fitness and endurance. Track 5 offers multiple short, intense bursts of effort where we challenge ourselves to maximise our efforts.

…did we walk back 20 years. This is awful for the most part. Why is the warm up literally a vibe from something like RPM 20. So disappointed. Every release since 72 has been a miss.
