Thought I would start with RPM this time since it was the last one I posted in Q3 (Sorry Amy) …..  Here it is, the music track list for Les Mills RPM 77.

What is Les Mills RPM 77 all about?

The key focus is to look after all our new riders so ensure a good bike setup preclass and precisely coach riding positions, resistance changes and speed changes.
