What is Les Mills Grit Strength 24 all about?
LES MILLS GRIT™ 24 is all about long sets of work interspersed with short recoveries to accelerate the heart rate and push the body to fatigue – fast. This release is simple, and extremely challenging. We love the brand new On The Beat Challenge which tests our ability to stay on tempo under fatigue.
