    Wow, this may be the track listing that makes me leave Body Pump for good. Super bad–I like warmup and chest but after that—soooooo bad.

    I agree with Meg, the 104 music is the worst I have heard in a long time. That’s not only my opinion but also my instructor & some of my friends. I don’t think I’ll be doing pump until the next change in music. It’s about time Les Mills updated their tracks

    Holly sh*t…that’s the most awful tracks i’ve ever listen. Why trap on lunchs!??!

    Yuck – I would have to agree with the other comments. Play list has to be the worst one every and I have been doing this a really long time. Bring on Track 105.

    Does it really matter if the music is awful? It’s about the workout not the music.

      Of course it matters. An awful music like Come Get it Bae (triceps on mix 103) caused a huge performance drop in my case (went from 15kg to 10kg on the french presses). 😛

    This finally launched on our club today and it really is the worst mix EVER!
    Track 1) too similar to everything we’ve been doing for the last 6 ou 7 mixes
    Track 2) the music never gets to the point where it’s motivating and where are the combos?!
    Track 3) this must be the worst Body Pump song EVER. what’s up with those little voices screaming? the choreo is just bad. No combos again.
    Track 4) too similar to track 3 and too fast, too. People in our class just couldn’t keep with the pace. and those little voices screaming in the background too, ugh.
    Track 5) the best track in the mix, ruined by the completely not inspirated choreography.
    Track 6) finally, a good track with great choreo.
    Track 7) awful track, awful choreography, those ultra-fast 24 lunges are one of the worst things ever to appear on BP. the little voices in the track. AGAIN!
    Track 8) the moves are too repetitive
    Track 9) too similar to 103
    Track 10) who cares?!
    So, to sum it up: everything sounds very similar, the music is not motivating, the choreo is not inspired and I just can’t wait for this to go away! 🙁
