What is Les Mills BodyPump 102 all about?

BODYPUMP 102 is in the house! This one is going to shock and delight you with each track. The music is completely fresh – just listen to those sounds in Tracks 2, 3, and 6! Can you believe it? Hey, a quick question… can anyone count the pulses in the Lunges track? Let me know.

  1. I think this is ppca version.
track1 -3 and 8 is different from original version.

[WORDPRESS HASHCASH] The poster sent us ‘0 which is not a hashcash value.

    • Nope not PPCA. Cover tracks for tracks you mention are done by:

      1 Susan Tea
      2 Last chance sloon
      3 Four seasons of happiness
      8 better than money

      Unless I have misunderstood you?

  2. To be positive, we finally got some lyrics. Seriously Les Mills this was the most uninspirimg release ever. Been an Instructor since #58 but now I had it.

  3. Are you sure this isnt elevator music 102?

From all the tracks with David Guetta they had to choose the worst one he has ever made.

  4. Which is the cover of the track 8 that is played at body pump 102? Its much better than the original ( the one you mention in the tracklist: feel It – GTA & what so not ft. Tunji ige)

  5. Thanks. Just started spinning and this was the second one I’ve done this week. Love the tracks. Thanks for the info.

  6. Does anyone know the shoulder track song that sounds like a remix of the BBC theme tune? I need to know what it is because it’s hilarious! I’m pretty sure my instructor is doing release 102.

  7. Yes! All programs have changing this quarter to fall in line with the launch of the new app. It’s meant to make reading choreo notes whilst simultaneously watching the materclass more straightforward. Someone who works for Les Mills UK told us that they don’t wholeheartedly agree with this switch though…
