les-mills-bodycombat-61-cover

Having just posted up the latest Les Mills BodyPump 91 track listing and the Everything BodyCombat 60 what a better way to start a Wednesday morning than the track listing of BodyCombat 61.  Again thank you Ben for the information. Will we be seeing a carry over of the switch lunge and the questionable superman punch? Will we see a new move or the rebirth of a previous move such as the matrix kick or the lightning kick?

Looking at the tracks I am entirely not sure about track 3, every breath you take?  I am presuming this will be a dance remix of some sort, can anyone clarify?  I’ll update any of the information below should I need to.

Can’t confirm yet, but “Every Breath You Take” will likely be a version similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CuDp_QOnTQ

Hold on. Track 4 title sounds like an exact song from an old release… Did not mentioned its a remix…. Hmmm….

You will be AMAZED with this release.
This release is a BEAST. First of all musically and then physically! In track 5, you will scream WTF!..but this was initially selected to be the track 8 at BC60…so you can imagine!
And Yes SM punch is back – again in track 7, but slightly different than 60 (actually easier), no new move, no matrix, no other surprise.
And one reveal: No 30 seconds round – you know at the end of track 8. Actually BC61 is close to 60 minutes (yeap, beast in time too), so they had to cut something! Personally loved it, because I don’t use the round and none of my members to any of the gyms like it.
    Enjoy it. Cheerios.

Hey Guys, thanks for commenting and helping put together BodyCombat 61 :). SM is back? You say easier, is it like a step over cross then? 😛 The music track list looks right? Had a comment :

Yeah the list is right. And yes step over cross for the SM punch 😀
LOL that comment was from LMI. Trying with the wrong way (pls delete it, because it’s wrong? LOL LOL), to stop any further reveals from the new releases. I work so many years for them and honestly sometimes I struggle so hard to understand them. Last week they gave to all the instructors in the US the new releases and now they are trying to stop – not only from you but from everyone around the web- the new tracklists. No common sense at all!!

    I repeat BC61 is FREAKING AWESOME 😀

I don’t believe for one minute it was someone from Les Mills. I have quite a good relationship with NZ and they have my email address should they want to get in touch :). Is weird, cause we’ve been using the step over as a low option since teaching BodyCombat 60. Looking forward to doing this release at workshops now. Thank you “CannotTell” 🙂
