Hi there, here is a link to the cool down track Que Sera, it’s by Aussie band Justice Crew (the same guys responsible for the core track in BA85 🙂

From what I’ve experienced of this release so far it is more energetic than Bodyattack 86. The first track, Don’t You Want Me, gets the class off to a strong start, with everyone joining in with the “woas” in the chorus. Next up, Fancy is a much stronger track than Billion Lights, which was the weak spot of 86 for me; the song is good, but the choreography is a bit tame. In contrast, Fancy really gets you working; we all clapped at the end of the track, which is a sure sign that we’ve had a workout, and doesn’t usually happen till later in the class.

Having now experienced more tracks from the new release I feel confident in stating that this is a much more intense workout than the previous release. Whether this is a trend in Bodyattack, aiming to give the class a tougher feel, or it is a one-off, possibly aimed at helping all those making new year resolutions to shed the extra pounds gained over Christmas, remains to be seen.
