Finally I decided to attempt my own seafood paella. Being a spontaneous decision I didn’t have a recipe to follow so was concerned how it would turn out. Apologises for lack of measurements.
- Mussels
- King Prawns
- Basil
- Paella Rice
- Chillies
- Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Carrot
- Onion
- Broccoli
I cooked the rice separate from everything else and when it was nearly cooked I added all the ingredients together and it turned out to be awesome:
