Over the last 14 days I have been making notes about the amount of calories I am burning while doing a whole body combat 51 class.  I’ve yet to write my review but will give it another week before committing any thoughts to a post.

I’ve done Body Combat 51 now about 8 times and every time my Polar Watch is reporting I’ve burned around the 1020 calories. Yes, you read right, 1020. When I wrote my review of Body Combat 50 my average then was 998.  Have you been putting off attending a group exercise class? Surely burning all those calories could persuade you otherwise? Remember what you put in, you get out…..
