Today marks the 2 week mark of having no caffiene i.e. Coffee/Tea in my diet. From the beginning of the month I have started paying more attention to what I am putting in my body. One thing I needed to cut down on was Coffee.
The last 14 days has seen me drink various green teas, decaff coffee and alot of water. This combined with eating less carbs, more protein and working out has lead me to losing 2.5kg.
I plan on continuing this for another couple of months as I feel this is what I needed to drop the 10kg I am after. More on this detox/diet to come.
